Whether you’re an experienced SLP, a clinical fellow (CFY), or an SLPA with a background in schools or healthcare, your skills will help shape brighter futures for young learners. Teletherapy options are available for SLPs, providing added flexibility and innovative support to the district’s educational team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed or eligible for state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
  • Previous exposure to school-based or healthcare settings preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Comfort with in-person and/or remote (teletherapy) service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals and IEP requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
  • Support students’ academic and social growth through evidence-based interventions
