This full-time contract opportunity offers a dynamic platform for Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders (for SLPs)
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP, SLP with CCC, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
  • SLPA candidates considered with relevant certification and school-based or pediatric experience
  • Teletherapy experience or strong interest in virtual service delivery
  • Background in pediatric and/or elementary school caseload management preferred
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech-language assessments and provide therapy for students in K-5
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
  • Maintain detailed progress notes, session records, and data for reporting requirements
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, team conferences, and parent consultations
  • Adapt evidence-based practices for online delivery using innovative resources
  • Support classroom teachers with strategies to foster student communication in the classroom setting
