Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current or eligible state licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
• Experience in school settings preferred; healthcare-based SLPA experience considered
• Expertise in delivering therapy to elementary and middle school students
• Teletherapy knowledge welcomed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Consult with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned buildings as needed
• Support inclusion and educational success for students with communication needs
