Speech Language Pathologist in Morrison, TN

Desired Background & Skills:

• Current licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY), or SLPA in the state of Tennessee
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings
• Comfortable delivering services onsite, and/or via teletherapy modalities
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Organization and flexibility to manage a caseload across multiple campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, therapy, and consultative services to K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized education/treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to foster student growth
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed for accessible service delivery
• Travel between 2-3 school buildings as assigned
