Make a difference in the lives of students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a supportive school environment near Morrison, TN. This contract opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals while delivering direct and consultative speech services across 2-3 buildings, primarily serving elementary students with a smaller caseload at the middle school level.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology (school or healthcare setting)
  • Experience providing teletherapy services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to diverse student populations

Your daily impact:

  • Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students in-person (with opportunities for teletherapy)
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track students’ progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff for holistic support

This full-time position offers competitive weekly compensation between $45 and $57 per hour, based on school-based experience.
