Step into a rewarding role supporting preschool students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a single campus near Morristown, New Jersey. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, running from now until the end of the school year (June 19th). You'll play an essential part in fostering young learners’ communication skills, supporting their growth and success in a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
  • New Jersey state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within early childhood or preschool settings
  • Experience or interest in school-based SLP services; comfort with teletherapy is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for preschool-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all local and federal special education guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and school-based initiatives
