Step into a meaningful role supporting speech-language development for elementary students in a vibrant K-5 educational environment. This position is ideal for talented Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about pediatric care and eager to make a daily impact through dedicated school-based services. With a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students in a single school, you’ll have the opportunity to build trust and deliver high-quality interventions in-person or via teletherapy. The assignment runs from September 14, 2026, through December 18th, with the possibility to begin slightly earlier for preparation and orientation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (state requirements must be met prior to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings strongly valued
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms appreciated, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in a K-5 population

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct intervention to a caseload of approximately 45 K-5 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Adapt therapy approaches for in-person and/or teletherapy modalities
