Candidates seeking their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply; the team is supportive and prepared to help you excel, though comfort with a December end date is necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid PA Speech-Language Pathology license, with SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
  • Experience working with school-aged children, especially grades K-8, is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to learn and engage in a supportive, training-oriented environment

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy and interventions for a caseload of approximately 40-50 K-8 students
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Document progress, collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Participate in the training week prior to the start of direct student services (students begin September 8th)
  • Engage in consultative roles and provide support to the school community
