School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Morton, Mississippi

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech-language and communication disorders
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, sessions, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions
• Offer consultative support and resources to staff and families
