Multiple vacancies are currently available, with flexibility for professionals seeking either full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (minimum 2 days/week) schedules.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification
- Experience delivering school-based SLP services, including work with autistic support classrooms and itinerant students
- Ability and willingness to travel between sites in the Aston, Broomall, Upper Darby, Yeadon, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, Wayne, and surrounding communities
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and consultation for students in various school settings, including autistic support classrooms and itinerant caseloads
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and required documentation in a timely manner
- Travel between assigned school sites to meet caseload needs within the community
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
