Desired Background and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in PA and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience with school-based SLP services preferred
• Comfortable working with children in specialized programs or with significant learning needs
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in the Low Incidence Program
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment goals, and implement therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate records, write progress updates, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and strategies to the educational team to support student communication needs
