Multiple openings are available to deliver vital in-person services within elementary, middle, or high school settings—placement will be determined based on experience, preference, and need. With the current SLP retiring, there's an established caseload anticipating a caring professional presence.
You’ll enjoy the chance to build meaningful relationships with students from 1st through 12th grade, address diverse needs, and collaborate with a dedicated educational team. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, with each SLP expected to serve between 50-60 students to ensure quality and individualized attention.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure/certification for the state
- Experience supporting students across elementary, middle, or high school (1st–12th grade)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Flexibility to work with a varied K-12 caseload
- Commitment to providing in-person therapy and assessments
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement IEPs tailored to each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success planning
