Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Multiple openings are available to deliver vital in-person services within elementary, middle, or high school settings—placement will be determined based on experience, preference, and need. With the current SLP retiring, there's an established caseload anticipating a caring professional presence.

You’ll enjoy the chance to build meaningful relationships with students from 1st through 12th grade, address diverse needs, and collaborate with a dedicated educational team. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, with each SLP expected to serve between 50-60 students to ensure quality and individualized attention.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure/certification for the state
  • Experience supporting students across elementary, middle, or high school (1st–12th grade)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
  • Flexibility to work with a varied K-12 caseload
  • Commitment to providing in-person therapy and assessments

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Create and implement IEPs tailored to each student
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success planning
