As a new academic year approaches, there is a need for six skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services to a vibrant K-12 community. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed to ensure your focus remains on meaningful connections and therapeutic outcomes, typically ranging between 50-60 students. Teams are seeking SLPs across all grade levels; whether your strengths are with young learners in elementary, dynamic middle schoolers, or focused high school students, you’ll find your ideal spot.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, open to strong CFY candidates
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy for students K-12
  • Track progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families and team members
  • Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
  • Embrace a diverse caseload, adapting interventions for children across a range of needs and abilities

Schedules are set to support a healthy work/life balance, with the elementary team starting at 7:30 am, middle school at 7:45 am, and high school at 8:30 am.
