In this full-time role running from August 12 through May 28, you’ll serve a supportive elementary school team, working with grades 1-4. The caseload includes approximately 80–100 students, providing a dynamic range of clinical opportunities for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).

Requirements:

• Current state license as an SLP (CCC preferred) or SLPA
• Prior experience in a school setting (elementary preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and settings
• Dedication to delivering student-centered, evidence-based services

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for elementary-aged students
• Prepare and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
