Required Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) is required.

  • Strong communication abilities and passion for working with children and adolescents.
  • Ability to prioritize caseloads and manage required documentation efficiently.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams and families.
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions—both individual and group—to address language, articulation, fluency, and social communication concerns.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and progress notes in line with school and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, counselors, and parents for integrated student support.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development.
