Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Committed to fostering positive learning experiences for students of diverse backgrounds

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students' communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
  • Serve as a resource to staff and parents regarding communication disorders and interventions
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and support a positive school climate
