Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Major Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students' communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
- Serve as a resource to staff and parents regarding communication disorders and interventions
- Contribute to ongoing program development and support a positive school climate
