Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY welcome)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or eligibility to complete CFY
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Comfortable providing services both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy—both in-person and virtually—tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Maintain timely, accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with students, teachers, and parents
- Support diverse learners across age groups and levels of need
