Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY welcome)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or eligibility to complete CFY
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
  • Comfortable providing services both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy—both in-person and virtually—tailored to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Maintain timely, accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with students, teachers, and parents
  • Support diverse learners across age groups and levels of need
