Multiple positions are open, including roles focusing on compensatory services across several sites, as well as dedicated positions on elementary and middle school campuses. Position Highlights:

• Compensatory Services SLP:

  • Provide onsite speech therapy supporting compensatory service needs across multiple schools.
  • Travel between campuses is required to meet student needs.
  • Manageable, organized caseload serving students from Pre K through grade 12.
  • Summer services needed from June 1 through June 30 as part of the contract.

• School-Based SLPs (Elementary & Middle School):

  • Serve a caseload of approximately 45–55 students, assigned to a single campus.
  • Elementary roles include Pre K to 5th or 6th grade; middle school roles focus on 6th to 8th grade.
  • Document all services using the Paddynet platform.
  • Coordinate schedules using Google Calendar, including setting up IEP meetings and parent conferences.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license.
• Experience providing direct therapy to K-12 students in a school setting.
• Proficiency in managing IEPs, conducting evaluations, and maintaining documentation.
• Exceptional communication with parents, teachers, staff, and administrators across multiple channels (email, phone, reports, school systems).
• Comfortable with digital platforms (e.g., Paddynet, Google Calendar).
