This full-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about fostering communication skills in young learners. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with educators and families while serving a diverse caseload of 49 students.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary students as identified in individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to the needs of a caseload of 49 students
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and communicate student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success and access to curriculum
- Utilize digital tools as needed for teletherapy or hybrid service delivery
