Pediatric SLP in Mount Gilead, OH

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary students as identified in individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to the needs of a caseload of 49 students
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and communicate student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success and access to curriculum
• Utilize digital tools as needed for teletherapy or hybrid service delivery
