Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals

  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed to maximize outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Serve as a resource for staff and parents on speech and language development
