Set against the stunning backdrop near Mount Lemmon, this full-time role allows you to shape communication and learning milestones for a diverse elementary-aged population throughout the academic year.

Beginning July 27, 2026, and continuing through May 28, 2027, you’ll enjoy a consistent weekly schedule totaling 37.5 hours. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to create customized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide specialized interventions that support each student’s unique journey.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current or pending SLP license (Arizona requirements)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations, especially elementary students
  • Knowledge of school-based services, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Support educational access and growth for all assigned students
