School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mount Lemmon, Arizona

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license for Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
• Passion for evidence-based, student-centered therapy and collaborative problem solving
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote students’ communication development
• Track, document, and report on students’ progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
