Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mount Morris, IL

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students in a variety of school settings
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Engage in effective collaboration during scheduled team meetings and roundtable discussions
• Participate in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
• Utilize equipment and assessment materials provided for your caseload
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement for best practice implementation

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• State licensure or eligibility to practice speech-language pathology in the region
• Experience or strong interest in working with a diverse student population—preschool through high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
