Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in a variety of school settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Engage in effective collaboration during scheduled team meetings and roundtable discussions
- Participate in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
- Utilize equipment and assessment materials provided for your caseload
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement for best practice implementation
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- State licensure or eligibility to practice speech-language pathology in the region
- Experience or strong interest in working with a diverse student population—preschool through high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
