- Valid SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on-site or considered for VOCO positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement tailored treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and IEPs in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions as assigned
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Educate and support school personnel on speech-language needs and best practices
