Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of learning styles and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address IEP goals and objectives
• Document student progress and regularly update teachers and parents on outcomes
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team consultations
