What You Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY welcome to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ educational plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with district/state regulations
- Offer consultation and training to school staff as necessary
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $55 and $70, depending on your experience and qualifications.
