Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication and speech disorders
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and document student progress
• Offer consultation and strategies for classroom teachers on language development
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and staff discussions as needed
