Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or anticipated North Carolina SLP license by start date
- CCC-SLP or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students with communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ IEP goals and academic progress
- Complete necessary documentation and progress monitoring efficiently within contracted hours
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
