Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience supporting elementary-age students in a school setting
  • Familiarity with the assessment, goal planning, and documentation process for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, teachers, and support staff
  • Strong organizational abilities for balancing caseload management and reporting
  • Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student and foster a nurturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and write reports related to speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with school and state requirements
