Key Qualifications:
- Level II Pennsylvania Educator Certification required
- Eligible for or hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare environments
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and delivery models for both in-person and virtual speech services
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Write and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
