Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting the communication needs of diverse learners
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work closely with teachers and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Develop and maintain individualized intervention plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Collect data, monitor progress, and document services for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
