Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid SLP license for Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedicated to evidence-based practices and individualized student support
- Ability to manage caseloads and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech-language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain organized documentation, progress notes, and compliance with regulations
