Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet a diverse range of student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, assessments, and student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
