Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet a diverse range of student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, assessments, and student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
