Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a welcoming school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• K-12 Caseload (assignment based on district needs and experience)
• Zoom interviews available

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Attend IEP and eligibility meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Tennessee Department of Education School Services Personnel License (or ability to obtain)
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if district-approved
• Strong communication and organizational skills
