Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a welcoming school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details
- 2026-2027 School Year
- Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
- On-Site
- K-12 Caseload (assignment based on district needs and experience)
- Zoom interviews available
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Attend IEP and eligibility meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Tennessee Department of Education School Services Personnel License (or ability to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if district-approved
- Strong communication and organizational skills
