Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • North Carolina SLP licensure or eligibility at the start of the assignment
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
  • Experience working in K-12 settings, with strong knowledge of IEP processes
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct/indirect speech and language therapy services to students
  • Develop IEP goals, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff
  • Engage with families, educators, and support personnel to facilitate student achievement
  • Remain current with best practices and regulations in the field of school-based speech pathology
