Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in a school or healthcare setting
- Comfort with teletherapy and modern intervention technologies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and communication development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to students
- Implementing both in-person and teletherapy sessions as required
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and utilizing provided mentorship resources
