Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain one
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric populations in a school or healthcare setting
  • Comfort with teletherapy and modern intervention technologies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering student growth and communication development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to students
  • Implementing both in-person and teletherapy sessions as required
  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and utilizing provided mentorship resources
