What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Certification of Clearance (COC)
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Clear communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Compassionate approach to working with children and school staff
Your contributions will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Developing and implementing IEPs in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing direct therapy services and progress monitoring
- Consulting and offering support to teachers and parents
- Using evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions
- Adhering to all district, state, and federal policies and documentation requirements
