Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience or strong interest in working in school settings with children and adolescents
- Familiarity with a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented approach, openness to mentorship, and a passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students with a diverse range of needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and parents, and document student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Adapt services for in-person and virtual formats as needed
- Engage in professional development and mentoring activities
