Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience or strong interest in working in school settings with children and adolescents
• Familiarity with a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented approach, openness to mentorship, and a passion for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with a diverse range of needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and parents, and document student progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Adapt services for in-person and virtual formats as needed
• Engage in professional development and mentoring activities
