School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Murrieta, California

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide engaging, targeted speech and language therapy sessions
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation tracking student progress and outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and other team members
• Involve and inform families throughout the therapy process to support carryover and generalization of skills

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current state licensure – or eligibility for licensure – as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication abilities, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
• Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
