What you bring:

• Current or pending California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
• Prior experience in schools or pediatrics, or strong interest in school-based practice
• Expertise in assessment, treatment, and documentation for a variety of communication disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a team-focused environment
• Comfort working on-site or via teletherapy platforms as needed

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support each student’s success
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development, taking advantage of mentorship and peer learning
