School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Murrieta, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in California
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
• CCC-SLP certification preferred, though strong CFY candidates will be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services per IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain clear and timely student records
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development
