This maternity leave coverage offers a meaningful role in a vibrant school environment located in the Muskego, WI area, running Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm.

Your background in delivering speech and language services for children will allow you to make a real difference during this important formative stage. You’ll join an engaged, multidisciplinary educational team, helping young learners unlock their communication potential and supporting their academic success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Wisconsin state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
  • Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students in both individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain compliant documentation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and goals
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based problem solving
