Your background in delivering speech and language services for children will allow you to make a real difference during this important formative stage. You’ll join an engaged, multidisciplinary educational team, helping young learners unlock their communication potential and supporting their academic success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Wisconsin state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students in both individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based problem solving
