School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Muskego, Wisconsin

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting student success through innovative speech-language therapy. This unique opportunity, located near Muskego, WI, is available from approximately February 12th to April 5th, offering around 32 hours per week. You’ll connect with a diverse caseload of about 30 students spanning 4K through 8th grade. Your expertise will help students with articulation, phonology, and language development reach vital milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC certification
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience serving school-age children, especially in articulation, phonology, and language interventions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted speech-language therapy services to students in small groups and individualized sessions
• Conduct assessments and plan evidence-based interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation of student progress
• Offer guidance to teachers and families to support student needs in and out of the classroom
• Supervise and welcome students as they enter the building each morning, contributing to a supportive school environment
