Leveraging your background in school-based speech-language pathology, you’ll support meaningful communication growth in a collaborative and supportive educational setting.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience with pediatric populations and/or school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
- Understanding of IEP processes and progress documentation
- Comfortable delivering services either in person or virtually (VOCO teletherapy options available)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering targeted SLP services to one student focused on achieving AAC communication goals
- Conducting therapy sessions every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am
- Collaborating with educational teams, caregivers, and other specialists to provide consistent and effective support
- Creating individualized therapy plans and tracking progress
- Offering guidance and training on AAC device usage to promote student independence
- Maintaining compliant, accurate documentation and timely reporting
