Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY supervision available
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with high school-aged students or within a school environment preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, design and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct therapy services, supporting students’ speech, language, and communication development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Leverage the onsite facilitator for scheduling, materials preparation, and additional support
