Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong rapport-building skills and a nurturing, patient approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 40-50 preschool students
- Assess and identify communication needs through screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to early childhood developmental stages
- Collaborate with educators and families to support classroom integration and carry-over of therapeutic strategies
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, fostering a positive and supportive team dynamic
This role is structured with consistency in mind: five days a week, seven hours per day, following the school schedule—giving you evenings, weekends, and school holidays free.
