Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of Michigan
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs across elementary school settings
  • Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for identified students
  • Offer support and direct services within non-public school settings as supported by the district
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create an inclusive and effective learning environment
  • Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to promote best practices
