Qualifications:
- Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or familiarity supporting students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt services across grade levels and varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct screenings and ongoing progress monitoring for students
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultative support to staff to foster language-rich classroom environments
- Provide intervention in individual and small group formats, both in-person and (if required) virtually
