Grades K - 5 Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Muskegon, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven experience working with diverse student populations in grades K-12
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong collaborative skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with each student’s goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services across kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to students, families, and school teams
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings, contributing your specialized expertise
• Deliver engaging, research-based interventions to support student success
• Offer guidance and support to classroom staff to facilitate inclusive learning environments
