Grades 9 - 12 K-5 School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Muskegon, Michigan

Qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or familiarity supporting students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt services across grade levels and varying student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct screenings and ongoing progress monitoring for students
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer consultative support to staff to foster language-rich classroom environments
• Provide intervention in individual and small group formats, both in-person and (if required) virtually
