Enjoy guaranteed hours and a focus exclusively on direct and indirect therapy services—no non-therapy school duties like bus or pickup responsibilities. Those traveling for the role may also qualify for available stipends.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy for K-12 students
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse student population with a collaborative, student-centered approach
  • Ability to provide engaging, evidence-based services in both direct and consultative formats
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all services provided
  • Consult with teachers and other school professionals to integrate strategies within the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress to caregivers and educators
  • Provide both direct therapy and indirect consultative services as needed
