Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for state SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcomed and supervision is provided
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support every student’s development
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student needs
  • Implement engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings
  • Build trusting relationships with students and foster confidence in their communication abilities
