Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatrics setting
- Proficient with virtual communication tools (Voco experience a plus)
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech, language, and communication services to students as determined by IEPs and school goals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and monitor student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals for holistic student care
- Complete required documentation, progress reports, and assessments in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
