Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatrics setting
• Proficient with virtual communication tools (Voco experience a plus)
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech, language, and communication services to students as determined by IEPs and school goals
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and monitor student outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals for holistic student care
• Complete required documentation, progress reports, and assessments in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
