Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting. This position starts August 17, 2026, and runs through June 11, 2027. With a 40-hour work week, you’ll work closely with a caseload of approximately 50 students, making a meaningful impact during the crucial school years.

Three openings are available, and talented clinical fellows are encouraged to apply—dedicated supervision and mentorship will be provided.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Oregon state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
  • Knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for diverse speech, language, and communication needs in an elementary population
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
  • Provide direct and consultative services to elementary students with varied communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Possess a commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
