This position is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is passionate about helping children and adolescents reach their fullest potential. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid and current state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, articulation, and language disorders
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student services
  • Provide resources and strategies for families and staff to reinforce progress across educational settings
