Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Idaho
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt strategies to meet individual student needs

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, reports, and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance and training to school staff regarding speech and language development
