This is an on-site, contract opportunity available immediately through the end of the school year, designed for a skilled SLP holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who thrives in collaborative educational environments.

You’ll play an essential role in supporting students and fellow staff, directly assisting to reduce the current caseload. With a flexible schedule exceeding 35 hours a week, this position offers you the chance to make a lasting positive impact on students' growth and communication skills.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current California licensure (or eligibility to obtain quickly)
  • Proven success in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success
  • Provide direct and consultative services across grade levels
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Serve as a resource on communication disorders for staff and families
