A K-12 school located in Napa, CA, is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential support for the remainder of the school year. This contract position is on-site, offering approximately 35+ hours per week, starting immediately and continuing through the end of the school year (EOSY).
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12.
- Collaborating with educators and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring and documenting student progress while adjusting therapy techniques as needed.
- Providing consultative support to teachers, parents, and other school personnel.
- Helping alleviate the workload of the current SLP to maintain timely and effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as an SLP with CCC credential.
- Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to manage a caseload while ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions.
