A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Napa, CA. This onsite contract role supports PreK and Kindergarten students, serving approximately 25-35 children, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for young students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license; candidates licensed out of state may be considered if willing to apply for California licensure
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working with early childhood populations, particularly PreK and Kindergarten
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively onsite within a school setting
